Two adjoining plots of land for sale as one (although the owner might consider selling them separately); located just below the village of Fondales in the La Taha district of the Alpujarra mountains.
The plots, surrounded by mountains, have fantastic views down the valley and have reasonable access via a walking path from the road.
Unfortunately, the plots are rather close to a small water/sewage treatment plant sited some 250m below the plot nearest the road and although I haven’t smelt anything bad myself, there is a possibility of some odours in the summer!!
