The property has the most breathtaking 360° views: south over the Poqueira Gorge, Mount Lújar and across the sea to the Atlas mountains of Morocco; north to the snowy peaks of Veleta and mainland Spain's highest mountain, Mulhacen; east and west to the Sierra Nevada National Park.

The property is approached via a reasonable cement then dirt road from the main Órgiva / Pitres road (a 4x4 would be better) that winds up the mountain to the property (about a 30 / 40 minute drive). There is a large area of land for parking though the property also has a large hard standing area for three or four vehicles as well.
