We offer a complete property management and maintenance service for owners of holiday homes in the western Alpujarras. Being the owner of a holiday home in Spain represents a significant investment which accordingly you will want to protect.
All properties anywhere require regular cleaning and maintenance, and perhaps more so if you are only using it for short periods of time throughout the year, or if you are renting your property out to paying guests.
We can offer a full cleaning and tidying service, including general tidying and maintenance of gardens and swimming pools. We only use local and trusted people for our cleaning and general maintenance service, and can ensure that all work undertaken is to the highest of standards.
We can also offer a building and maintenance service using recommended and skilled local craftsmen and women, and ensure that all work is overseen and inspected. This service is also available for all forms of property lets, including holiday rentals.
